A Team Approach to Healthcare

Providing a conservative treatment option that is progressive and unique!

One of only a few facilities in the entire state that provides chiropractic care and physical therapy in one location.

DrStewart.jpgDr. Dwight Stewart has devoted his career to helping his patients ease the pain and suffering caused by back pain, neck pain, headaches, herniated discs, degenerative discs, sciatic nerve problems, failed back surgeries and other musculoskeletal difficulties.

In practice now for well over 2 decades, Dr Stewart received his Doctorate degree from Parker University in Dallas, TX in 1988, graduating with honors. He has continued his education since then with over 700 hours of post graduate education and numerous advanced certificate programs.

Dr Stewart believes in investing in the latest equipment and technology. His clinic is one of only a few in Arkansas with both Chiropractic Physicians and Physical Therapists practicing together in one office location. It is this combination that has helped Dr Stewart successfully treat over 10,000 patients with spinal and disc related conditions.

Dr Stewart completed comprehensive training in the DRS Protocol TM, an advanced method that has helped thousands eliminate the pain of failed back surgery, herniated and degenerative discs, and more.

Dr Stewart holds multiple certifications from training he has obtained for treatment of disc problems. In addition to his certification for the DRS Protocol TM, Dr Stewart is a certified Decompression Therapy Practitioner with Kennedy Decompression Techniques and has his National Decompression Certification from Parker University and Decompression Proficiency Certification through The Disc Institute and with the American Spinal Decompression Association. These certifications and training give Dr Stewart more tools to help patients return to a normal, productive and pain free life.

DrVang.jpgDr. David Vang graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, located in Davenport, Iowa, in 2006. Dr. Vang received his Bachelor of Science from Arkansas State University prior to attending Palmer. He is the most recent addition to the Pain Care Associates team and currently practices with Dr. Stewart in our Little Rock office. Dr. Vang wants to see patients experience life to it's maximum without the discomfort of pain and dis-ease.

Dr Tony Barger

Dr. Tony Barger was born and raised in Benton, Arkansas. Dr. Tony always knew he wanted to be a doctor, but it wasn’t until he had a personal experience with a chiropractor changing his life for the better that he chose chiropractic.

As a child, Tony suffered from constant ear aches and ear infections. He had to take antibiotics every three weeks. As well as having many sets of tubes put in his ears. Doctors told Tony that there was nothing they could do for him and that he would be deaf by the age 20. On top of constant ear problems, Dr. Tony suffered from vertigo every day, which lasted between 6-8 hours a day. Luckily, one day Tony fell off a ladder and hurt his back bad enough to go to a chiropractor. The chiropractor was able to give Tony instant relief to his back and eventually he noticed his ear aches and ear infections were better! After a while, Tony no longer needed the antibiotics and tubes. Tony also began noticing a difference in his vertigo.

After this miraculous experience, Dr. Tony decided to go into chiropractic school. Dr. Tony wanted to make a difference in peoples’ lives without using medication. His goal is to help people discover their full potential and reach optimal function through chiropractic care, exercise, and diet.

Dr. Tony attended University of Arkansas at Little Rock until 2003 before transferring to Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. He graduated in 2007 with his chiropractic degree and a bachelor degree in human biology. Dr. Tony worked as a chiropractor and clinic director for one of the top chiropractic companies in the nation before moving back to Arkansas to take care of his family.

Dr. Tony is the most recent addition to the Pain Care Associates team and currently practices in the Benton office.

In Dr. Tony’s spare time, he enjoys: hunting, fishing, camping, and spending quality time with his wife and daughters.

Pain Care Associates specializes in the safe, noninvasive and painless treatment of herniated or degenerative discs, spinal stenosis, facet syndrome, sciatic pain, numbness & tingling in the arms or legs, failed back/neck surgery, and low back pain and neck pain of any kind with the DRS Protocol™.

The DRS Protocol™ is a complete and customized program which implements the most progressive treatment procedures including spinal/axial decompression. Dr. Stewart has successfully treated patients suffering from chronic and severe disc conditions, and works inter-professionally with the medical community. Many doctors refer their patients, including their senior patients, for the DRS Protocol™, as it is a successful and safe procedure, rather than have them face invasive alternatives and a lifetime of addictive medications.
